What gets announced there

The channel works as a notice board rather than a chat room:

• Login address changes. When the address is updated, it appears here first. In practice this is the channel's most useful function.
• Bonuses and campaigns. New offers, free spin drops, tournament announcements.
• Maintenance and downtime notices. Planned provider-side maintenance is announced in advance.
• Big win announcements. Without player identities, with only the game and multiplier.

What never appears there: personal account matters. No information about your balance, withdrawal request or identity verification comes through the channel or by direct message. Those run only inside your account and through live support.

Recognising fake channels and "support" accounts

The classic fraud flow works like this: a channel with a similar name is created, the logo is copied, then users harvested from the real channel's comments or from player groups receive private messages. The message usually opens in a helpful tone.

These four are fraud signals without exception:

It messages you privately asking for a password, SMS code or ID photo. The real support team asks for none of these. Under no circumstances.

It says "let us multiply your deposit" or "we provide guaranteed wins". Guaranteed profit does not exist in betting. Anyone forming that sentence is, without exception, trying to take money from you.

Five minutes of work for lasting peace of mind:

• Privacy and Security → Phone Number: set it to "Nobody", so your number cannot be harvested from groups.
• Groups and Channels: set to "My Contacts", so random accounts cannot add you to groups.
• Two-Step Verification: turn it on. Even if an SMS is intercepted, your account stays closed.

One more habit: if an unknown account messages you about betting, block and report before replying. Engaging gives the other side room to work on you.
